You might be asking yourself, "What the heck is this?! Why does Inuyasha have a trucker hat? And how come Kagome's got a Farrah filp?" Well, I was sitting around one day when inspiration struck in the form of possible IY fanfiction. I have, hands down, the greatest idea for a fic, ever.

No, honestly.

See, it involves a government conspiracy, kidnapping, truckers, new age religion, prostitution rings, pickpockets, car chases, porn stars, drug addictions, roller derby, and romance! Best of all, it takes place in the 1970s so all these things fit together perfectly! It would be funny and sorta romantic... but mostly funny. Needless to say, it's an alternate universe, but I've worked out the plot so that it parallels the canon story in a lot of ways. And the characters have the same basic relationships to one another, which I think is important.

Only problem is, see, I hate to write. Like, seriously dislike the whole process. So... *dramatic sigh* it is not to be.

But you can still enjoy the drawing! This will probably be my last post for about a month, until I finish my senior project. Wish me luck! If I get time, I'll try and draw the rest of the cast for this story, if there's any interest.

Oh yeah! And tell me what you think they ought to be saying. I couldn't come up with anything funny. (Also, I need ideas for what his shirt or hat might say.) All you need to know is that they meet when Inuyasha almost runs over Kagome with his rig after she has escaped from her kidnappers onto the highway. Their basic relationship is pretty much the same... only with less Kikyou angst.
